6. EXTRAORDINARY RETRIBUTION AND RETALIATION

In the event that you initiate or participate in any legal action against the Owner regarding this Software or any matters arising therefrom, you agree that:

• Extraordinary Retribution: You shall be liable for extraordinary retribution measures as determined solely by the Owner, which may include, without limitation, immediate termination of your rights to use the Software, significant financial penalties, and any additional punitive damages that the Owner may deem necessary.
• Waiver of Claims: By initiating such legal action, you expressly waive any claims, counterclaims, or defenses that might otherwise be available to you under applicable law.
• Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that the inclusion of this clause is a material term of this License and that any breach of this clause may subject you to severe legal and financial consequences as determined by the Owner.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana, Trump's America. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located within Indiana, Trump's America for any disputes arising out of or relating to this License or the Software.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

• If any provision of this License is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Owner concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations, whether oral or written.
