PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE

This Proprietary Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement
between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Mohd Nasrullah Kazmi
("Licensor") for the IntelliDataSort software library ("Software").

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND
BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive,
   non-transferable, royalty-free license to:
   a) Use the Software in your commercial or non-commercial applications
   b) Distribute the Software as part of your compiled applications

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   a) Redistribute the Software as a standalone component or library
   b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software,
      except to the extent permitted by applicable law
   c) Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
   d) Use the Software to develop or distribute a substantially similar
      library or product intended to replace the Software
   e) Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software

3. OWNERSHIP
   The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all title, copyright,
   and other intellectual property rights in the Software.

4. TERMINATION
   This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this
   Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply
   with any terms.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
   THE AUTHOR OR COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
   LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
   FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER
   DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
   SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT
   LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,
   ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED
   OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties
   concerning the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
