GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms of this license, Batuhan Altuncay ("Licensor") grants
you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use,
install, and run the InventoryFramework server software and SDK ("Software")
solely for your internal business purposes and for developing products within
your studio.

PERMITTED USES

  - Use the Software in any number of projects within your studio.
  - Deploy the Software on any number of servers owned or operated by you.
  - Modify client-side SDK source code for integration purposes.

RESTRICTIONS

  - You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or redistribute the Software
    or any derivative of the Software to third parties.
  - You may not use the Software to build a competing product or service.
  - You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on
    the Software.
  - One license covers one studio. Separate studios require separate licenses.

VERSION COVERAGE

  Each license is valid for a specific major version series (e.g., v1.x.x).
  A license purchased for v1 includes all v1.x.x updates at no additional cost.
  A new major version (e.g., v2) requires a separate license purchase.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
  IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
  FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
  LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE
  USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
