Isoftforge.Apps.Client.Cron
.NET client for the isoftforge Cron satellite API.
Configuration
var client = CronClient.Create(
baseUrl: "https://apps-api.isoftforge.it/api/cron",
apiKey: "ifc_your-api-key");
Or with dependency injection:
services.AddCronClient(configuration.GetSection("Cron"));
{
"Cron": {
"BaseUrl": "https://apps-api.isoftforge.it/api/cron",
"ApiKey": "ifc_your-api-key"
}
}
- BaseUrl — hub (
https://apps-api.isoftforge.it/api/cron) or dedicated host (https://cron-api.isoftforge.it/api) - ApiKey — organization credential from Cron → Credentials. The API resolves the environment from the key.
Create API keys in the portal under Cron → Credentials.
Usage
var validation = await client.ValidateCredentialsAsync();
if (!validation.Valid) throw new InvalidOperationException(validation.Error);
var job = await client.CreateJobAsync(new CronCreateJobRequest
{
Name = "Ping API",
HttpMethod = "GET",
Url = "https://example.com/health",
ScheduleType = CronScheduleTypes.IntervalMinutes,
ScheduleConfigJson = """{"every":5}"""
});
var jobs = await client.ListJobsAsync();
var updated = await client.UpdateJobAsync(job.Uid, new CronUpdateJobRequest { IsActive = false });
await client.DeleteJobAsync(job.Uid);
var executions = await client.ListExecutionsAsync(new CronExecutionListQuery { JobUid = job.Uid });
Authentication
Every request sends X-API-Key. The cron environment is resolved from the organization credential. Validate credentials with GET /health.
