Apyra is a multi-language code generation framework for .NET designed to generate structured, type-safe, language-specific project outputs through a unified builder API.

It is primarily intended for use in ASP.NET Core Web API applications, where it can generate SDKs, clients, or supporting code during application startup.

Example Usage (ASP.NET Core Web API)

Apyra is typically initialized inside an ASP.NET Core Web API project and executed when the application starts.

using ItCompiles.Apyra;
using ItCompiles.Apyra.Languages.CSharp;

var builder = WebApplication.CreateBuilder(args);

// Add services to the container.
builder.Services.AddApiDocumentation();

// Create Generator
var generator = Apyra.CreateBuilder()
    .AddCSharp().Build();

builder.Services.AddControllers();

var app = builder.Build();

// Configure the HTTP request pipeline.
app.UseHttpsRedirection();

app.UseAuthorization();

app.MapControllers();

var lifetime = app.Services.GetRequiredService<IHostApplicationLifetime>();
lifetime.ApplicationStarted.Register(() =>
{
    generator.BuildAll();
});

app.Run();
