Ivy.Widgets.AgentOutputView

A terminal-themed view for rendering streaming agent output. Sits above per-provider JSON parsers so the visible chrome (animated status label, collapsed tool-call cards, dark CLI theme) is uniform across Claude, Codex, Gemini, OpenCode, and Copilot.
