MutexHelper
This is an RIA helper class used to manage the lifetime of a mutex. It should be used in a using statement

AsyncLock
Allows for taking and releasing a lock in an Async routine. The Wait and Release do not have to happen on the same thread.
AsyncLockHelper
Much like the MutexHelper this class is used to automatically release the AsyncLock when it is disposed.
