JfdiApiConsole.Commands

Typed, self-describing commands for the JFDI API console.

Fill strongly-typed properties and convert them into the exact command-line arguments the console understands — with compile-time discoverability of every parameter. Execution stays in the console; this library only builds correct, complete arguments.

Usage

var command = new AddTaxWalletCommand
{
    FilePath  = @"C:\Uploads\wallets.xlsx",
    Name      = "Acme",
    CompanyId = 42,
};

// Fail fast before running anything.
if (!command.TryValidate(out string error))
    throw new ArgumentException(error); // e.g. "Missing required arguments: -name, -companyid"

string commandLine = command.ToCommandLine();
// -add TaxWallet -filepath "C:\Uploads\wallets.xlsx" -name Acme -companyid 42

Outputs

  • ToArgs() → string[] — ideal for ProcessStartInfo.ArgumentList.
  • ToCommandLine() → a quoted string — for spawning the console process.
  • ToDictionary() → IReadOnlyDictionary<string,string> — for in-process dispatch.
  • Describe() → the parameter schema (name, key, type, required, description) for discovery/docs.
