Jumoo Translation Manager licence agreement

Definitions

"AUTHORS" refers to Jumoo Ltd.

"SOFTWARE" in this licence refers to the Translation Manager package for the Umbraco CMS and associated providers and documentation.

"DOMAIN" refers to the domain name specified during the purchase of the software - and will be a non-top-level / service provider domain.

"SUB-DOMAIN" is any domain beneath the licensed domain.

Licence

Jumoo grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and use the software provided in accordance with this agreement.

The software is licensed is intended for one Umbraco site or suite of sites serving the domain/sub-domains defined, and is provided free to use both personally and commercially for multilingual sites with only two languages. Sites with any more than two languages are required to purchase a licence to use the software.

Modification, renting, copying, publishing or redistributing of any part of the software is prohibited.

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the Authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
