1. LICENSE GRANT
The Author hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to download, install, and use the Software ("JustBuild") for both personal and commercial internal purposes. 

2. COMMERCIAL INTERNAL USE PERMITTED
Commercial companies, organizations, and enterprise entities are fully permitted to use the Software within their internal development workflows, build servers, and continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines without any licensing fees.

3. RESTRICTIONS
- COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION PROHIBITED: You may not sell, rent, lease, sub-license, or otherwise distribute the Software to any third party for commercial gain.
- BUNDLING PROHIBITED: You may not include the Software as part of any commercial software product, suite, or service without explicit written permission from the Author.
- NO REVERSE ENGINEERING: You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or modify the binary files of the Software.

4. NO WARRANTY (AS IS)
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
