KB.BufferedContextLogger
A scoped, buffered logging utility for .NET 8 that integrates with Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.ILogger<T>. Logs are held in memory and only flushed when:
- An exception occurs, or
- An explicit
Flush()call is made
Otherwise, logs are discarded silently when the scope ends.
