Host-agnostic .NET 8 Modbus TCP client/server primitives.

Supported surface

Lifecycle and thread safety

Dispose the client and server asynchronously. Client requests are serialized per client instance. Server image replacement and bounded updates are synchronized. Treat snapshots as detached copies.
