Kida.Tool

Add Kida.Tool as a private PackageReference in an application host. Every normal build and publish carries the isolated command payload in Kida.Tool/ and launchers in the output root. No global tool installation is required.

On Linux, use the corresponding ./kida-envelope launcher.

appinfo.json contains only product, version, and the product's available features. The generated .deployinfo directory is deployment-specific state and must be persisted. Never send deploy.pem; send only the generated <product>.request envelope to the restricted issuer.

This package does not contain issuer private keys and cannot issue a deployment grant.
