Usage
Add a handler for the "DbConnectionCreating" event
AdoNetCoreHelper.DbConnectionCreating += (builder, e) =>
{
e.DbConnection = new SqliteConnection(builder.ConnectionString);
e.Handled = true;
}
Then call the "CreateDbConnection" method in your code.

Or use any other method to get the result.
