LNS.AI.Mistral

Mistral provider adapter for LNS.AI.

Registers the Mistral model provider through Hosting's UseMistral() extension. Maps Core ModelRequest/ModelResponse to the OpenAI-compatible Mistral API via the OpenAI .NET SDK with a custom endpoint. Wire types remain internal.

Model ids use Mistral slugs (e.g. mistral-large-latest, ministral-8b-latest, codestral-latest).
