LNS.AI.Observability

Production observability for LNS.AI using .NET's standard diagnostics stack:

  • ActivitySource (LNS.AI) for distributed tracing
  • Meter (LNS.AI) for metrics
  • ILogger scopes for structured logging enrichment
  • OpenTelemetry integration via AddLnsAgentsOpenTelemetry()

Disabled by default. Enable with UseObservability() on AgentHostBuilder.

PR-20 execution diagnostics remain separate for developer troubleshooting.
