License Agreement (English translation)
---------------------------------------

1.  The material hereinafter referred to as "Software" comprises both
    the files or parts thereof published in connection with the project
    "Liersch.Json", as well as e.g. by compilation derivable files.

2.  The Software is provided free of charge and is therefore subject to
    liability limitations: The author, his vicarious agents or his legal
    representatives are liable in case of defects (defects in quality and
    title) and for damages caused by defects as well as consequential
    damages only for intent and malice. Incidentally, the liability
    is excluded, unless it is based on intent or gross negligence.
    The liability for personal injury remains unaffected.

3.  The use of the Software for private, academic or evaluative
    purposes is permitted, if all other conditions are met as well.

4.  The commercial use of the Software requires explicit permission
    by the author Steffen Liersch (hereinafter called "the Author").

5.  Any use of the Software which in case of malfunction may cause harm
    e.g. for people, environment or technical equipment is not permitted.

6.  Any use of the Software for purposes which are illegal according to
    German law is not permitted.

7.  Use of the Software by public organizations is not permitted.

8.  Any use of the Software for military purposes is not permitted.

9.  As far as the Software is modified, the respective passages
    in the source code must be highlighted by marking.

10. After any modifications the Software must be passed on
    under the same license agreement.

11. Measures to obfuscate the Software are not allowed, neither on the
    basis of the source code nor on the basis of the compiled software.

12. The Software shall only be used by referencing the
    assembly with the original file name "Liersch.Json.dll".

13. When using the Software, the file "Liersch.Json_License.txt" must
    always be attached to the folder in which the Software is located.

14. The publication of the Software, e.g. as download,
    requires explicit permission by the Author.


Lizenzbestimmungen (deutsche Originalfassung)
---------------------------------------------

1.  Das im Folgenden als "Software" bezeichnete Material umfasst sowohl die im
    Zusammenhang mit dem Projekt "Liersch.Json" veröffentlichten Dateien oder
    Teilen davon, als auch z.B. durch Kompilierung daraus ableitbare Dateien.

2.  Die Software wird kostenlos bereitgestellt und unterliegt daher folgenden
    Haftungsbeschränkungen: Der Autor, seine Erfüllungsgehilfen oder seine
    gesetzlichen Vertreter haften bei Vorliegen von Mängeln (Sach- und
    Rechtsmängel) und für mangelbedingte Schäden sowie Folgeschäden nur für
    Vorsatz und Arglist. Im Übrigen wird die Haftung, soweit sie nicht auf
    Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit beruht, ausgeschlossen. Die Haftung
    für Personenschäden bleibt hiervon unberührt.

3.  Die private, akademische oder evaluierende Nutzung der Software ist
    erlaubt, wenn alle weiteren Bedingungen ebenfalls erfüllt sind.

4.  Die kommerzielle Nutzung der Software bedarf einer expliziten
    Genehmigung durch den Autor Steffen Liersch.

5.  Eine Nutzung der Software, bei der durch Fehlfunktion Schäden
    z.B. an Personen, Umwelt oder technischen Anlagen auftreten könnten,
    ist nicht erlaubt.

6.  Eine Nutzung der Software für nach deutschem Recht illegale Zwecke
    ist nicht erlaubt.

7.  Eine Nutzung der Software durch staatliche Institutionen
    ist nicht erlaubt.

8.  Eine militärische Nutzung der Software ist nicht erlaubt.

9.  Wird die Software verändert, sind die betroffenen Passagen im
    Quellcode durch Kennzeichnung hervorzuheben.

10. Die Software muss nach Veränderungen unter derselben Lizenz
    weitergegeben werden.

11. Maßnahmen zur Obfuscation der Software sind nicht erlaubt, weder
    auf Basis des Quellcodes noch auf Basis der kompilierten Software.

12. Die Software darf ausschließlich durch Referenzierung des Assemblies
    mit dem Originaldateinamen "Liersch.Json.dll" verwendet werden.

13. Bei Verwendung der Software muss die Datei "Liersch.Json_License.txt"
    immer dem Ordner beigefügt werden, in dem sich die Software befindet.

14. Die Veröffentlichung der Software z.B. als Download bedarf
    einer expliziten Genehmigung durch den Autor Steffen Liersch.
