This release is mainly fixing unfortunate error with IntensityGridSeries, which was made in release. In addition, we fixed error of realtime updating of PointLineSeriesSmith and
hid zoom-rectangle when RightToLeft action is disabled.

Error fixes
• Fixed IntensityGridSeries erratic behavior in v10.3.2.1
Some of modifications in v10.3.2.1 caused IntensityGridSeries behave unexpectedly during
zooming, panning or rendering engine change. This manifested as HeatMap uncoupling from
Axes or IndexOutOfRangeException.
• PointLineSeriesSmith now rendered correctly when AddPoints() is called
Previously Chart was not updated when PointLineSeriesSmith's AddPoints() method is
called. Now it is fixed.
