Basler camera adapter for Linkway.Vision.Capture. Discovers and captures from Basler GigE Vision and USB3 Vision cameras through the pylon runtime, behind the same ICaptureFacade as the other adapters. Devices are identified by their GenICam serial (basler:serial:<sn>), acquisition parameters are declared before they are applied, and the package loads and behaves definedly on a host with no pylon runtime installed — an empty device list plus one warning, never a crash.
