UVC (USB Video Class) camera driver adapter for Linkway.Vision.Capture. Implements ICameraDriver against any USB Video Class device — ELP, ArduCam, Logitech, OV-based modules — using FFmpeg.AutoGen as the cross-platform capture engine. Accepts native frames in Mono8, Bgr8, and Yuy2; pixel-format conversion is the encoder's responsibility, not the adapter's. Cross-platform (Windows / Linux / macOS); FFmpeg native libraries must be available at runtime — see the package README for distribution options.
