Model license notice

The model packages contain converted weights derived from Meta's facebook/nllb-200-distilled-600M model:

The model assets are distributed under CC BY-NC 4.0:

https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/

They are for non-commercial use subject to that license. Free distribution does not remove the non-commercial restriction. The model packages are not licensed under the MIT license used by the .NET SDK source code.

Modifications made for this distribution:

• exported to ONNX;
• dynamically quantized to INT8;
• split into encoder and cached-decoder graphs;
• added encoder key/value and decoder key/value cache support;
• externalized byte-identical shared embedding weights;
• externalized the decoder output projection for NuGet transport;
• no retraining and no numerical weight modification during externalization.
