to add the Authentication service you can do this in your Startup.cs

builder.Services.AddScoped<IUserAuthenticationService, UserAuthenticationService>();

In your function do:

try{
    var userIdentity = await _userAuthenticationService.GetUserAsync(req);

    ...

}catch (Exception ex) when (
        ex is AuthenticationExpectedException ||
        ex is SecurityTokenExpiredException
    )
{
    return new UnauthorizedResult();
}
catch (Exception ex)
{
    log.LogError(ex, "Error occured");
    return new BadRequestObjectResult(new InternalServerErrorErrorResponse(ex.Message));
}
