Pct2075 I2C temperature sensor

The Pct2075 library is included in the Meadow.Foundation.Sensors.Temperature.Mcp960x nuget package and is designed for the Wilderness Labs Meadow .NET IoT platform.

This driver is part of the Meadow.Foundation peripherals library, an open-source repository of drivers and libraries that streamline and simplify adding hardware to your C# .NET Meadow IoT applications.

Installation
