Dependency-injection glue for the MintPlayer.AI.ReinforcementLearning ILGPU GPU backend: services.AddGpuBackend() registers the AdaptiveBackend (CPU + CUDA-by-size routing) as a singleton in an AIHost / Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection container, so a training campaign can request the shared GPU backend instead of constructing its own. Kept separate from the compute package so the lean Ilgpu backend carries no DI dependency.
