END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Contract Parties:
- Licensor: Mahir Tolga Akay (Individual Developer)
- Licensee: Any individual or organization installing or using this NuGet package

This NuGet package ("Software") is licensed, not sold. By installing or using
the Software, the Licensee agrees to the following terms:

1. Grant of License
   - The Licensor grants the Licensee a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to
     use the Software in applications.
   - The Licensee may distribute applications that reference the Software, but
     may not redistribute the Software itself as a standalone package.

2. Restrictions
   - The Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
   - The Licensee may not modify, rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Software.
   - The Licensee may not publish or make the source code of the Software available.

3. Ownership
   - The Software is the intellectual property of the Licensor and is protected
     by copyright laws and international treaties.
   - All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
   - The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or
     implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or
     fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability
   - In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages arising from the
     use of or inability to use the Software.

6. Termination
   - This license is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate it
     at any time if the Licensee fails to comply with its terms.

By using the Software, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
