XrmToolBox tool. Pick an entity and a view in the source environment, tick the records you want and copy
them to a destination environment (Dataverse online or Dynamics 365 on-premises 9.x), keeping the same GUIDs.
The records they point at through lookups are copied first, as deep as needed, so the lookups still resolve;
optionally their child records and N:N associations (the subgrids of each entity, or the 1:N and N:N
relationships you choose) come along too. Records that already exist are updated or skipped by clear rules, users, teams and currencies are never
created, virtual tables are only checked, closing states (won opportunities, resolved cases and so on) are
applied with the platform's close messages, and a dry run shows everything that would happen. Every step is
written to a colour-coded log.

1.2026.10.22 - "Show private (system) tables" switch in Settings lists tables Dataverse flags as private (e.g. connection role object type codes) and lets them be copied as child or peer records; entity-name columns are copied when the destination allows them.
1.2026.10.14 - "(All records)" is always available in the view list for every table and works for tables without views.
1.2026.10.13 - Settings dialog to edit the never-created tables and the page size (the entity list marks never-created tables); mirror connections are never created, which fixes duplicated connection pairs; test-suite reliability fix.
1.2026.10.4 - Package fix only: the logo is served from the project site (no packed icon) so the Tool Library accepts the logo URL; same tool as 1.2026.10.3.
1.2026.10.3 - 1:N option now also copies N:N relationships (peers created, associations created); relationship picker lists N:N relationships.
1.2026.10.2 - Personal views always listed under system views; relationship options relabelled.
1.2026.10.1 - first public release.
- Copy the ticked records of any view with the same GUIDs; a selected record that exists is updated.
- Copy N:1 relationships (lookups): the records they point at are created first, recursively; an existing
one is skipped; circular references are backfilled.
- Copy 1:N relationships (subgrids): child records, recursively; per entity, the main-form subgrids or the
relationships ticked in the Relationships picker.
- Users, teams, business units, the organisation and currencies are never created; virtual tables are
checked by id and never written.
- Closing states applied once the record's tree is done, with the close messages (win/lose opportunity,
close case, win/close quote, cancel/fulfil order).
- Dry run, preserve created on, bypass custom plugins (online), personal views, paging, client-side filter.
- Colour-coded log with copy and save, a summary and the errors of every run.
