NGB.Platform.Attachments

Provider-neutral attachment service and object-storage contracts, metadata records, limits and exceptions for NGB Platform.

Runtime and API hosting enforce the Attachments feature flag, parent access and content permissions. Logical deletion retains stored files, and completed attachments remain downloadable through the parent AuditLog when authorized.
