TLS Mode

MailSettings.TlsMode (the MailTlsMode enum) is mapped to MailKit's SecureSocketOptions value:

The default StartTlsWhenAvailable is correct for most modern SMTP providers. If you are using port 465 (legacy implicit TLS), you must set SslOnConnect.
