- No attribution requirement

## Commercial Use Definition

"Commercial Use" means any use of the Software intended for or directed towards commercial advantage or monetary 
compensation. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Using the Software to provide services to paying customers
- Using the Software to develop commercial applications
- Using the Software as part of a revenue-generating product
- Using the Software in an organization that is not classified as an educational institution or non-profit entity

## License Verification

NetQueryBuilder does not contain license verification code that limits its functionality. The licensee is trusted to 
comply with the terms of this license. This trust-based approach eliminates technical restrictions but does not void 
the legal requirements of this license.
