Restrictor

This library is dedicated to restrict access for endpoints using attribute [Restricted].

  1. It allows to check either Country or IP Address separately. Or if two of them specified it will ensure that both rules were met.
  2. Configuration step will throw exception if none of properties specified.
  3. IsDebug is used to ignore anything throughout configuration and allow access event if attribute was set.
