Hosts wire events (CommandRequested, RepoOpenRequested, …) to Novolis.IO.Git APIs. Destructive actions (stash drop/pop, dirty checkout, push/pull, branch-cut apply) should go through GitConfirmDialog — force push is never offered from chrome.
