NucleusPushApns

Apple Push Notification service provider for NucleusPush. Delivers push notifications to iOS device tokens over the APNs HTTP/2 API, authenticated with a JWT (ES256) token, and implements IPushSender. The factory routes DevicePlatform.Ios to this provider. No external dependencies — uses the framework's System.Net.Http (HTTP/2) and System.Security.Cryptography.
