OSK.Petra.Godot.Provisions

Handles integrating provisions into Godot through a ProvisionResource and ProvisionDefinition. Additionally, adds enhancements for handling Godot ↔ Petra related data files and logic and an adapter for getting definitions at runtime.

Note: the project does not add dependencies for the adapter and related services for Node specific entities. If this is desired, please utilize the OSK Service Modules to add the nodes to the service module.
