Apache Kafka publisher sink for OrionPatch. Implements IOutboxSink by producing each envelope to a configurable topic with the envelope id as the message key (partition affinity for ordering) and Kafka headers carrying orionpatch-message-type / orionpatch-correlation-id / consumer-supplied envelope headers.
