Policy Pulse Observability — License Terms

("TechPundits") is the licensor. "Policy Pulse" is its product and service.

1. AGREEMENT GOVERNS. Your use of the Policy Pulse Observability software packages
   (the "Software") is governed by the subscription or master services agreement
   between you (or your organization) and TechPundits (the "Agreement"). If these
   terms conflict with the Agreement, the Agreement controls.

2. LICENSE. Subject to a current Agreement, TechPundits grants you a non-exclusive,
   non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software to transmit
   telemetry to the Policy Pulse service. The license is conditioned on a current
   subscription and terminates automatically if that subscription ends.

3. NO LICENSE WITHOUT AN AGREEMENT. Obtaining a copy of the Software from a public
   package feed does not grant any right to use it. Absent a current Agreement, no
   rights are granted under these terms.

4. SERVICE DEPENDENCY. The Software functions solely as a client of the Policy Pulse
   service. It has no standalone capability and performs no function without a Policy
   Pulse collector endpoint and valid credentials, which are provided only under a
   current subscription.

5. PROPRIETARY; BINARIES ONLY. The Software is licensed, not sold, and is distributed
   in binary form. TechPundits retains all right, title, and interest in the Software.
   No rights to source code are granted.

6. RESTRICTIONS. You may not (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
   Software except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this
   restriction; (b) redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the Software; or
   (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices.

7. NO WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
   FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHPUNDITS WILL
   NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
   ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE.
