Palm.SurrealDB.EntityFrameworkCore.SourceGenerators

Compiled-model source generator for the Palm.SurrealDB EF Core provider. Mark a DbContext with [SurrealCompiledModel] and the model is built at compile time instead of on first use.

Part of the Palm.SurrealDB ecosystem for SurrealDB 3.x.

Installation

dotnet add package Palm.SurrealDB.EntityFrameworkCore.SourceGenerators

Targets net10.0 (netstandard2.0 — the Roslyn host requirement). The package is proprietary and sets PackageRequireLicenseAcceptance, so NuGet prompts before installing — see LICENSE. Nothing is on NuGet.org until the first release runs; see docs/RELEASING.md.

Provides

An IIncrementalGenerator — there is no API to call

Notes

Targets netstandard2.0, because Roslyn loads generators into a netstandard2.0 host; a net10.0 generator will not load. Referenced as an analyzer, so it contributes nothing at runtime.
