Palm.SurrealDB.Net.Aspire.Hosting

.NET Aspire app-model integration — the container resource an AppHost project uses to run SurrealDB as part of the application graph. The image is pinned to the version this ecosystem is verified against.

Installation

dotnet add package Palm.SurrealDB.Net.Aspire.Hosting

Targets net10.0. The package is proprietary and sets PackageRequireLicenseAcceptance, so NuGet prompts before installing — see LICENSE. Nothing is on NuGet.org until the first release runs; see docs/RELEASING.md.

Provides

  • builder.AddSurrealDb(...) — add the server resource
  • .AddDatabase(...) — add a database on it
  • SurrealDbServerResource, with its username/password parameters

Notes

Reference this from the AppHost. Worker and API projects reference Palm.SurrealDB.Net.Aspire instead — the split is deliberate, so a service never takes a dependency on Aspire.Hosting.
