File system functions for manipulating and scanning paths that would normally throw a 'PathTooLongException' when using the using standard System.IO functions.
Windows now has a feature for enabling long filenames on NTFS drives, it is recommended that you use that instead. This code is no longer maintained, but I am not aware of any real issues with the code base.
