PdfNetStack.Tool

pdfnetstack: a cross-platform command line tool to compress, optimize, merge, split, rotate, encrypt and decrypt PDF files. Lossless by default, every output verified against its source. Built on the PdfNetStack library by Jamal Abdelkhalek at JADEV. MIT licensed, no Ghostscript.
