Execute an Action periodically at the Interval until it is Stopped

Usage Examples

Action Error Strategy

Strategy	Description
Ignore (Default)	Your work will silently fail, The `Action` will run again at the next `Interval` like it didn't happen.
Throw	You will handle the exception in your `Action`, This could crash your application if you don't catch it
Event	This is the same as Ignoring Exceptions but the Exception will be forwarded to the `ExceptionHandler` so you can log it.

Action Stop Status

Returns the stop status for the PeriodicAction

This is just a more detailed return and is functionally the same as Stop()

Stopped	Action stopped successfully
TimedOut	The attempt to Stop timed out
Starting	The action is currently starting
NoTaskProxy	This would only happen if the application was terminating or something like that
AlreadyStopped	This action is already stopped or you just called Stop twice and the action is currently stopping
Exception	Occurs when stop returns because it threw an exception
