本项目不新增配置节；应用仍使用 PlumX.Core.CAP 的 CAP 节。将 CAP:CapDBType 设为 MySql，并通过 CAP:CapDBConnectionString 提供连接字符串。该节可以由 Nacos/Consul 配置中心覆盖，字段、默认值和敏感值规则见 PlumX.Core.CAP README。
