Popolo v2 has been restructured into three separate packages for v3.
Please install one or more of the following instead:

- Popolo.Core — Core thermal/HVAC simulation models (no external dependencies)
- Popolo.IO — Weather file readers (EPW/HASP/TMY1) and CSV writers
- Popolo.Webpro — Japanese MLIT WEB program integration

Most users only need Popolo.Core.
