Porthole exposes parts of the Windows namespace so that F# code can call them, as F# isn't a supported language for WinRT apps.
Porthole v1.* is a PCL for Windows 8.1.
Windows 10 apps do not support F#, so Porthole has no use there currently. If this changes, Porthole v2.* will work for Windows 10 apps.
