This license governs the use of the Rapid.Agentic.AI.Framework (�the Software�) distributed via NuGet.org in binary form only.

1. Grant of License
   You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Software solely in its original, unmodified binary form, as distributed via NuGet.org.

2. Permitted Use
   - You may use the Software for development, evaluation, and internal business use.
   - You may include the Software as a dependency in your applications, provided your application does not expose the Software as a framework or service on its own.

3. Restrictions
   - You may NOT reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
   - You may NOT redistribute, sublicense, resell, or rehost the Software, either on its own or bundled with another product.
   - You may NOT modify or create derivative works of the Software.

4. Intellectual Property

   In no event shall Vedica AI or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Termination
   This license will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies.
