Release assistant.

Releasator is a dotnet tool to help prepare software releases. It should:

Gather commit messages from the previous release (probably the last git tag) and update the CHANGELOG.md file. If using conventional commits, group messages by type
Calculate version
Bump version to files, i.e. cproj files or package.json
Commit changes, create version tag and push
Support pre-releases, like beta

Releasator is available as a dotnet tool, so you can install it globally using:

dotnet tool install --global Releasator

You can also install it for a specific project, using:

dotnet new tool-manifest
dotnet tool install Releasator
