ASP.NET Core health checks that probe an existing Respire client connection.

Usage

Use this example in an ASP.NET Core project created with dotnet new web.

The check opens no connections. A client registered with AddRespire connects in the background when the host starts, so readiness does not wait for application traffic. A lazy client created another way reports unhealthy until it connects.
