Implement Rwx.Jobs.IDelayedJob<TData> and inject IJobScheduler where a use case must schedule durable work. Register a persistence adapter such as Rwx.Jobs.Persistence.EfCore; run the Rwx.Jobs worker in a background host to execute due jobs.
