Static seed-list IMembershipProvider for Rymote.Synapse.Cluster.

What it does

  • Provides a fixed list of cluster peers (configured at startup).
  • Self identifies via SelfIdentity and SelfEndPoint.
  • Other peers listed by (NodeIdentity, EndPoint) pairs.
  • The Cluster layer uses this list to drive full-mesh connection establishment.

What it doesn't do

  • No dynamic peer discovery — the peer list is fixed at startup.
  • For dynamic discovery, use a future Rymote.Synapse.Cluster.Gossip or Rymote.Synapse.Cluster.Redis provider.

Self must not appear in the Peers list. The provider validates this at construction.
