Recorrências por cron do Sagen — opt-in: parser de cron (subset de 5 campos), trigger com claim/lease multi-host e exactly-once por horário (chave determinística por disparo), store InMemory default e a API AddRecurringWorkflow (extension de SagenBuilder).

Instale este pacote quando fluxos precisam NASCER por agenda. O maquinário de timer/wake do motor (Delay, deadlines, watch) não vive aqui — delays e vigias funcionam só com Sagen.Engine; pausar/retomar recorrências (PauseRecurringAsync/ResumeRecurringAsync) também fica no host do motor, operando sobre a tabela.
