.NET implementation of SAPL (Streaming Attribute-Based Access Control).

Built on the SAPL 4.1 enforcement model: a planner-driven constraint architecture that binds handlers to lifecycle signals, streaming enforcement via [StreamEnforce] with support for the new SUSPEND decision verb, and an optional RSocket transport. See the CHANGELOG for the 4.1.0 release notes.
